Wine Lover and Consultant

Born in France, my family has been making Cognac for century. My passion for wines has been here for as long as I can remember. I have been trained and developed this passion in my motherhood country, first in Bordeaux where I study at the Bordeaux International Wine Institute, and second all around the country travelling from vineyards to vineyards meeting producers, doing harvest and even making wines.

My hospitality career is spread over ten years, with work experience in European Michelin stars restaurants like Nobu London and luxury hotels chain like Red Carnation and Small Luxury Hotels of the World. My work in Australia, include working for industry leaders like Crown Casino in Melbourne and Chairman Group in Canberra. My experience is not limited to hospitality, I also worked for a PR agency specialized in wine, for a wine retail franchise and also did a bit of import/export in Korea.

I have been sharing my passion and knowledge for that many years in France, Spain, Switzerland, UK, South Korea and Australia. With expertise in Wine, Sake and Beer I now focus my career on consultancy. I wish to make your experience with me as interesting and entertaining as it was for me to accumulate that knowledge over the years.
